| FISH FRY
This is a working group of people and a good way to meet new friends.
They set up tables and help in the kitchen. They serve for Fish Fry,
Chicken & Ribs, Steak Roast, Pig Roast, Ham and Cabbage Dinners and many
other functions. Volunteers are always needed. For information call

MAINTENANCE
This involves the every day workings of the Club’s upkeep by making
repairs when and where needed. For information call John O’Brien at

AD BOOK
This committee produces the St. Patrick’s Day Ad Book that is
handed out at the U.A.W. dance honoring our Honorees for the Parade.
This book has a listing of Patrons & Advertisers. For information call

GOOD & WELFARE
We send cards of Sympathy and Get Well to members. For information call
Mary Flannery at 216-941-4012.
BARTENDING
Bartenders are needed to help in the Pub or in the Main Hall during
concerts. They also work during normal Pub hours and special events. For

CLEANING TEAMS
These teams help to maintain the Club’s fine appearance. Each team
cleans the Hall, Pub, Washrooms and Kitchen once a month. There’s always
room for more cleaners. For information call Kathleen Egan at

I.A. STORE
The store sells T-shirts, Sweatshirts, Golf shirts, & other items with
the Club logo & Windowpane designs. The Store is open during Membership
Meetings & other various events. For information call Linda Clark at

THANKSGIVING RAFFLE
Only 2,500 tickets are sold at a cost of $20.00 each. The 1st prize is
$10,000, 2nd prize is $2,500, and 3rd and 4th prize is $1,000. The
seller also receives a cash prize. This raffle helps with our continuing

50/50 DRAWING
Tickets are $1.00 each and based on the number of tickets sold, amount
of winning varies. Half goes to the winner the other half goes to the
Club.
MEMBERSHIP DRAWING
This is a drawing that is held at the general meeting from all current
year member names; the only requirement is that you must attend the
meeting to win. The maximum that a member could win is $1,500.00.
THE GERRY LAVELLE “300” CLUB
Three hundred tickets are sold each year at a cost of $50.00 each. No
tickets are available at this time. You may be put on a waiting list for
the next available open ticket. Each month a drawing is held at the
general meeting from the tickets sold, that person wins $300.00 and the
seller wins $30.00. In December a dinner for each ticket holder is held
and the main drawing for the $3,000.00 is drawn at that time. For
