Bicycles Needed

The Telephone Pioneer’s Recyclist Program takes in bicycles of any size (20″ bikes are especially needed),shape, and color and repairs and renovates them. The team then uses these refurbished bikes as rewards for children by giving them a chance to win a bike if they do well in school and meet standards set for attendance, grades, and citizenship. The program also provides the opportunity for students to receive hands on instructions on how to maintain their bicycles. Help encourage children to do well in school, and to see that there are rewards for doing well. Please donate a bike or two. You can drop off bikes at the Club, or the team will arrange to pick them up at your home. Contact Jo Caffrey at 440-333-4992 for more information.
